Spiritual Awareness

Achieving spiritual wellness and health through spiritual guidance

When we have a need for a spiritual healing process, we will often refer to a traditional psychotherapist. Many people achieve good results with this, but for some there is no real healing without a personal connection with a source of spiritual guidance.

Genuine Psychics

Genuine Psychics

The current state of the psychic industry is not great and unfortunately often involves scam artists who simply want to take advantage of people seeking genuine spiritual guidance. You need to know how to compare fake services with those of genuine psychics.

Tarot Card Reading

Tarot Card Reading

Most people are sceptical, but the idea that we all have our path marked and our lives written in the stars still intrigues. Has the idea of getting a card reading and finding about your inner self been of interest to you? Maybe it's time to get your first tarot reading.

Dealing with personal problems

Individuals, couples and families often require spiritual healing to be able to confront and deal with their personal problems or addictions. Whether it's alcohol, drugs, food, spending, gambling, sex, TV, codependency, or other addictions and unhealthy obsessions, everyone needs some kind of spiritual guidance to regain spiritual health and wellness.

We need this help and guidance in maintaining abstinence and taking responsibility for ourselves. We want to know what is in our highest good, what is the right decision in different situations, how to set appropriate boundaries, and how to manifest what we want.

Determine your intent

Our intent is the most powerful tool we have for raising our spiritual awareness. There are only two possible intents in any given moment:

  • to learn, understand and accept about yourself and others,
  • or to protect against your pain and avoid responsibility for your feelings.

When our intent is to protect and avoid self-responsibility, we seek to achieve (an illusionary) control through various addictions. We seek to control our feelings, others' feelings and behaviour, and the outcome of things.

When our intent is to learn, we seek to take responsibility for our own feelings and behavior, by discovering what we may be thinking or doing that is unloving to ourselves and others, and what would be loving.
